I had an under active thyroid prior to pregnancy and was on 50mcg thyroxine. When I was preg with ds it had to be upped to 100mcg and stayed with that after he was born. This preg thyroid has stayed stable at that same 100mcg

I had to start thyroxine medication when I got pregnant.
Had to have 75mcg per day. Now baby is 7w old I'm still having to take it but down to 50 mcg per day.

At least you are aware you may have to take thyroxine in pregnancy, my dr just keep on saying you are an older mother so you will be tired I wasn't too old just undiagnosed underactive thyroid. So I slept the entire pregnancy and wasn't treated until my baby was 4 months old. But I still feel exhausted 4 years later so I am going to see endocrinologist in Feb. Please if you feel your dosage isn't right demand a higher level of medication don't end up like me, I feel like concrete blocks are weighing me down everyday. Good luck

I take a very low dose of 25mcg throxine every day. Not sure its necessary as most of my results my tsh has been between 1 & 2 however on 2 tests it was 2.6 & 2.8. I was put on a low dose to stabilise it as they like it under 2.5 for pregnancy and ttc
