This one might not be the best but its definitely the easiest.
    One tub of cream creese
one can of sweetened condensed milk
a package of milk arrowroot biscuts
    100g melted butter
flavouring of your choice (lemon/orange zest and juice, melted choc, passionfruit pulp, purred mango, berries)
a tsp gelatine (dissolved in a tbsp on boiling water)

Cruch the biscuts, add the butter. press into a tray, chill until set.
Whip cream cheese add condensed milk, add your flavouring then gelatine. MIlk well. Poor onto set base and chill until set.

    EASY!!

I make an Oreo cheesecake slice if that helps? It could work as a traditional cheesecake I suppose. I'm not a fan of cheesecake either but I will happily eat this one

I think you should make a baked one if your not a fan of cheesecakes.

Baked ones are more creamy and firm, and not wet and gluggy..

I make an awesome baked mars bar cheesecake

You have to do these! I made them a few weeks ago to see if they would make my Xmas menu and they were divine! Easy to make and really yummy! Oreo base with a baked creamy white chocolate filling !

My latest one is toblerone cheesecake - I made it for my sisters birthday last week and everyone loved it! Really easy and no baking - this is the recipe I used but I used Oreos as the base

    And this was mine
