    Default Naturopath visit

I my first naturopath visit today. Absolutely happy with the lady I am seeing and hoping to get some wonderful results.

Has anyone had some experience in seeing a naturopath and had a great outcome? I'd love to hear some success stories :-)

I have been seeing a naturopath whilst TTC and I am now 15 weeks pregnant.

Previously I saw her for really bad period pain and got some foul medicine. Usually I was doubled over in agony on first day of AF but when the time came didn't even feel the slightest cramp.

I am a firm believer in naturopathic medicine.

    Good Luck!

No idea but if the weight is due to slow metabolism then I am sure they could do something for that.

She is helping me with weight loss, period pain/hormonal problems, anxiety/depression and general well being. Was the foul tasting stuff called liverplex?

Yes I have a great naturopath, I'm in a bit of a slump so actually have an appt with her tomorrow. In the past she has helped me with pcos, low energy, poor sleep, weight loss, fertility etc so they are pretty broad what they can help with

I saw a kneisologist to get pregnant and really was surprised at the results it only took me a few months especially when they found my pituarity gland had become blocked preventing me from getting preggers.

No it didn't have a name, it was a solution she made up specially for me to balance the hormones she felt needed adjusted.

Yes ive seen a naturopath for over 3 years.

    Well more than 1.

my tips for a good naturopath is they will ask for a copy of your blood tests from your GP and they will work with your blood work.

Im VERY skeptical of the new treatments naturopaths are doing with this fangdangle stick thing on your finger to tell them what your body needs... mmm yeah no!

Mine looked at mine and where my gp said thyroid is low but not enough for meds naturopath recommened I took supplements. Etc also other things with relation to my ibs so forth.

I also dont like ones that push buying stuff at there store. Ive had great success I lost 20kg going gf, got preg (not intentionally) but now ive gained the weight back as I ate whatever I wanted during preg.
It also helped my epilepsy mainly cutting out **** food
