Ever since my pregnancy with DD1 who is 9, Egg Yolks have always given me an upset stomach. I avoid them but sometimes easy some scrambled eggs then deal with the consequences. Lol.
This afternoon I made an omelette with 3 eggs without thinking. Within 45 minutes of eating it I was vomiting, short of breath, shivering. .. It was awful. I clearly had an allergic reaction.
In between eating it and feeling sick, I breastfed my 12wk old dd and she fell asleep for her nap. After I threw up she screamed and screamed for an hour then slept on and off for 5.5 hours. Which is out of the ordinary.
Do you think the reaction was sent through my milk if at all possible? Could she have an egg allergy??
