Haha more than happy too! I'm starting to think stress is a big player for me as all 3 times AF has shown I have worked hard to reduce the stress around me. Might keep an eye on it

My cycles went haywire during my peak stress and as I've started relaxing and enjoying work a little more, they've started to be more regular again. I've also been doing a bit of light exercise and I think that's contributing as well.

Yep I've been doing the same I have also started taking metagenix fish oil and really notice a difference if I don't have it.

Far out I can't remember exactly either. I have 6 left and I know that's not enough. I think mine was twice a day for 7 days possibly
