    Default Not sleeping!

    Im 26 weeks tue and I have recently stopped sleeping.

    Im epileptic last time this result ed in earlier birth because I had more seizures. I used to sleep from 8pm-7am now it's 11pm-4am/5am. Im so tired.

    Then im up with dd but I can't switch off to nap during day.

    Suggestions for full nights sleep please!!!!!!

    You poor thing. I dont miss the preg insomnia. I had the same thing when i was preg with ds from 6 month onwards.
    I could fall asleep fine about 10pm but then would be wide awake from about 3.30 / 4.00am. I used to read and that would sometimes help me fall back asleep.
