It was my mums bday last weekend but we didn't celebrate until today, and my sister brought bday cake and it was white chocolate mud cake covered with white choc chips (technically white chocolate isn't even chocolate so I'm ok there) but then it had milk chocolate bark on top, which I did eat!!! Day 2 and I've already fallen off the wagon lol

What are some ideas for when you crave?
Btw I have had 6 fun size chocs today so I will start tomorrow!,

I've never understood the point of fun sized. I mean no-one could eat only one, so it just makes it more annoying to keep unwrapping.
As for ideas, I have no idea, I realised that I am really struggling.

Then don't go to the chocolate box? Have a drink of water/cup of tea/cracker/carrot stick when you feel like chocolate. Chances its just boredom and the fact that the chocolate is there that makes you want it.
Or get your co-workers on board to not let you go to the chocolate box.

Lol if it were that easy it wouldn't be a challenge right? Part of the challenge is to have self control over not buying it to begin with....a lot of us struggle with that. I'm sure almost every person out there has a weakness that they want to control. For this thread It's buying and eating chocolate.
As for me I suckI went shopping today and bought a block of top deck because I have had a shocking day...fail. Yes I shouldn't have bought it....yes I can try not to eat it but I'm only human and I can only try so hard not to eat it. Certainly not simple!
