    Potato
    Parsley
    Boiled egg
    Diced bacon
    Little bit of grated cheese

For the dressing I do sour cream and mayonnaise (more mayonnaise than sour cream) with a tiny little bit of tomato sauce in it (teeny tiny bit)

I boil baby potatoes, cut them in half, mix with fried bacon, chives and for the dressing I use Salad Cream I think it's Heinz brand..? Mixed with wholegrain mustard. Simple and yummy!
