Hi everyone,
I just wanted some advice i found out that im pregnant naturally (before hand i had a baby via ivf), i had to have a scan due to spotting, they saw a ges sac measuring 4 weeks 6 days but nothing in it. I did a series of hcg testing which shoiwed my hcg rising.
17 nov - 640
23 nov - 3200
25 nov - 4800
30 nov - 8700.
I just had another ultras sound which showed the ges age 6 weeks 6 days, ges sac 5 weeks 5 days, it showed a fetal pole but they couldnt find a yolk sac, they also stated that the heart beat was slow i dont know what it was as the final report said it was unreadble i believe.
My sac was low implanted, does anyone have any experience with this, i have been told this one may not make it and would like to know peoples experience and advice....
Thank you so much

I had light spotting slowly rising hcg. A small sack and slow hb on ultrasound and sadly ended in miscarriage 😢 probably not the outcome you wanted to hear
But fingers crossed all turns out well for you.
I did a lot of googling when in that situation and found there are still some positive stories out there! 😊 all the best

It's still very early. Things are very hard to see. My DD2 was IVF and I had my scan at about 8 weeks and she was measuring a few days behind. It took the doctor ten minutes to find the heart beat, I was hysterical by the time he did. I would request another ultrasound in a few weeks.

Hopefully its good news

At 6wks 6days the heart has only just started so would be slow. Your hcg levels look like mine did early in my pregnancy (currently 19 wks), and would correspond with the scans. I wouldn't worry unless you have bleeding or an ultrasound confirms it is not viable.

The other thing I didn't understand is they said there was a fetal pole but yolk was hard to detect.

It's also possible that your dates are slightly off- you could be earlier than you think. Did they do an internal US?
