Default TTC#2 while breastfeeding DS1 & no AF

    Hi Everyone,

DH & I are TTC#2 but I am still BF DS1 & AF is yet to return. I know that BF stops you from ovulating but DS1 is 8 months now & is eating a fair amount of solids so we are hoping to get lucky.

Lately my body has been playing tricks on me & it’s got me so confused. A fortnight ago I noticed some spotting (only when I wiped, not enough for a liner) that lasted for 3 days. I did 2 or 3 HPT on different days after that & they all came back negative (the last one being a week ago). Then on Friday the spotting started again & stopped yesterday!? Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Also is there anyway of bringing on ovulation naturally? I would put DS1 on formula but he refuses to take a bottle, sippy cup etc so stopping BF isn’t an option.
