Default I thnk DD is constipated

DD is almost 5 and hasnt pooped in 2 days. This is a girl who poos like clockwork...she got her daddys bowels.

So she didnt poo yesterday and hasnt today. Im not sure if she did on Friday as she was at kindy and she didnt on Thursday either. So it could be going on 4 days.

Shes been having some eating issues (more than usual). Not really interested in food and her lunch even came home un touched on friday from kindy.

Should i get something for her? If so, WHAT??

    TIA

Is she trying to go and can't? If she's not distressed I would just fill her up with fruit and water and give it another 24 hours before worrying too much.

Try some Benefiber. It has no flavour and you can mix it with food as well as drinks.

Yoghurt always works with DD? But otherwise prunes, lots of water and fiber
