So since being diagnosed bipolar been put on Lithium (about a year ago) ive gained almost 15kg. I knew weight gain was a side effect but my god.
Ive tried shake diets, working out, walking, no carbs, no sugar and nothing seems to work.
The thing is i love the way lithium has helped me feel emotionally better. I feel very stable emotionally but im not sure i can deal with this weight gain. I mean a little bit is not a problem but i can see myself falling in a depression because of how much ive gained.
Does anyone know any alternatives to Lithium for Bipolar?
Does anyone have any tips for weight loss??
