After 10 early losses I've finally had a test come back with a possible cause. I have a high count of killer cells. Not extremely high, but higher than it should be. I have started on prednisolone.
Has anyone had any success with this? How many cycles did it take?
My doc said it was safe to ttc this month as the steroids work immediately. I'm also taking DHEA and femara and fall pregnant fairly easily while on meds, so nervous if I do fall pregnant this month it will be another miscarriage.

Check out the Reproductive Immunology thread. There are lots of on there with multiple losses / IVF failures who have high natural killers cells.
We mostly see Dr Matthias in Sydney ( he does phone consults) and has amazing success rates - My little boy being one of them :-)
Good Luck I hope this is the cycle for you x

Thanks, will have a look.
Congrats on your success!
I'm only a couple of hours from Sydney so I'll keep him in mind if we don't have any lucky with the current treatment.
