    Default Show me your BLW food pics!

    I am wanting to try BLW with my daughter. The only problem is, I don't know what kind of portion to give her, what size pieces, do I give her a basic version of what we are eating?

    Please help me by sharing some of your photos so I can get some inspiration! Thanks!

    I dont know if I feed her too much but she scuffs and tries it all

    Lamb chop, orange, cucumber and steamed pear. This is her basic foods I guess.

    I try and give her a veg, fruit and meat. Sometimes some carbs too (depends how much she eats as she will def eat bread!!)

    She is just over 7 months. We do mixed food at our place. Puréed & blw. She's eaten blw from about 5 months

    I've got heaps but this is the only one on my phone , he was 7 months old chomping on a lamb cutlet !

    Here's my daughter at about 6-7 months going to town on my corn cob, I gave it to her to have a bite and she claimed it!

    In terms of serving size, I just keep offering food until she eats it all, she's 9 months old and some examples of what she eats are: for lunch she'll easily eat a wholemeal sandwich as well as some fruit, breakfast she'll have a 2 egg omelette with herbs and finely chopped veggies in it, plus a banana, and dinner she doesn't eat as much, I think because tiredness takes over, but she still has a chew on everything I offer.

    My dd is so fussy!! She hates avocado etc so it's hard I waste so much food on her.

    I never thought of corn!!

    Subbing, just bought the BLW book, and the cookbook. DS will be 6 months in jan, I'm so excited
