    Anyone have any tips regarding food/diet/meal suggestions for weight loss?

    Eat in moderation and regular exercise. Not just cardio but weights too. I downloaded a couple of Michelle Bridges DVDs and they are great (but hard work!). It takes dedication and motivation. Set yourself small achievable goals and targets. Every little bit helps. Examples: give up alcohol/soft drink/chocolate for a month. Aim to be able to do x amount of push ups in 30sec. Hold a plank for 30/45/60 seconds. Plan to do a fun run and work towards being able to run 5-10km without stopping.

    Also the phone App C25KM is great. (Couch 2 5km). Gets you running from nothing to 5km in about 12 weeks. You can read about it online if you dont want the phone App. Iv tried it and it works very motivating and easy and u only.need to do 30mins exercise 3 times a week cardio with diet and u will defs lose weight

    I followed a paleo diet for most of the year. If you google it you will get heaps of meals, plans and info.
    I am now doing the Michelle bridges challenge to hopefully lose the last of my extra weight.
    Move every day. If you can't go to the gym at least go for a decent walk around the block.
    I have also started the C25K but at the moment I'm restricted in what exercise I can do thanks to my dodgy pelvis. But I was enjoying it and losing weight.
