O pain can be a week before O and after O. But if its gets extreme it could be endo. I usually have o pain but last cycle it was throughout my whole cycle and was so painful and then they found endo when o had my lap. The pains are yhe follicle growing.

Ok thanks Bake and Tiffanyandco for the feedback

I do have endo, I also have Crohn's disease, so trying to work out what is O pain/normal cramping vs possible regrown endo pain vs Crohn's pain is really very confusing!
I had a lap 2 years ago and the endo had not come back (from the 1st lap in 2008) but unfortunately I did have scar tissue causing pain. I am hoping that everything is still in reasonable shape. I am fairly sure this is O pain as I have been off the pill since Feb and I think I know what it feels like, but this is the first month of actually taking notice properly. Will just BD as much as possible and hope we catch it. Hopefully its O and not anything else I really just want my body to work properly for once!

Good luck to everyone this month

My cycles went stupid when I came off the pill also, sucked so much!
    for you.

This is my first AF visit since our m/c in Oct, so I'm sort of happy that she's arrived, really hoping I go back to being somewhat regular from now on.
