Wow that's awesome!!! I've lost the plot :/

I'm breastfeeding just now which is helping the weight come off.

Today's menu, to give you an idea is:

Apple and oat muffin (homemade using WW recipe)
    Large skinny flat white

4 Cruskits with light cream cheese and 3 slices of smoked salmon
    Banana

Black coffee and a Tim Tam

Large chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto
    Carrots and grilled asparagus

I've got enough points to have some wine in the evening too.

At the risk of talking to myself, I'm down another 1.1kg this week. That's 9.8kg in 9 weeks. And I'm almost halfway to goal

Well done Skips! That's a fantastic effort, especially as you're breastfeeding. Keep up the great work.

Well I have gone off the rails and haven't stopped eating crap in over a week! I was suppose to be a bridesmaid this weekend but they broke up so I have been supporting my friend as well as dealing with a few of my own issues (I'm currently unemployed and lost over $2000 on cancellations for hens weekend, accommodation, bridesmaid dress etc).

But... I'm here to pledge that as of tomorrow I'm back on track! Weigh in on Tuesday to see what the damage is!

I'm not sure if anyone is still reading/doing this but I put on 500g at last weigh in but have been super strict so fingers crossed it will pay off eventually!

Have joined a netball team starting next week! Don't know anyone in the team just asked to join one! Should be interesting lol

How are you enjoying the netball mummyrissa?

I started doing boot camp at the end of Feb, and I'm loving it. I do it twice a week and I feel amazing afterwards. Despite the aching muscles

Sticking with the WW despite a slower week and then a week where I gained for some reason, and I'm now down to 68.5kg. That's 10.5kg gone this year, and 8.5kg to pre-preg weight/10.5kg to go to goal.

    How is everyone else going?

I loved netball so much fun, even though I'm still aching 2 days later it was the boost I needed to get back on track!
You have been doing so well skips! I loose focus so easily.

I have been going over my finance and unless I get work between now and May, I will probably have to cancel my ww membership

Hi everyone, I know that this is an old thread buy I can't find anything newer. I just joined WW to lose around 6kg.
I am so confused about how many 0 point foods you can eat. Fruit is 0 points but I could easily eat 5 - 6 pieces a day, but I don't think that I would lose weight if I ate that much fruit!
I just don't get the 0 point foods (eggs, chicken etc). Thanks
