My kitchen fools on fb has some great memes.
I seriously thought they would get kicked out for not making pastry and getting the butcher to debone the rabbit. The qld guys spent ages deboning the quail.
I also so don't see the technical aspects of the entree - crumb and fry a bit of cheese, wrap in prosciutto, add diced melon. Cut lemon, dry out some bread, stick mozzarella in cut lemon, bake, add diced tomato. Mix ricotta with flour and seasonings, add dollops to pan and fry, add diced tomato.

2 points from Manu & 2 from the producers to keep ratings where they are!

Kelly "oh I've cooked these fritters heaps for my friends 3yo and she loves them"
....can't cook the fritters coz they are way to runny
I also didn't realize 3yo are considered food critics, in that case dirt must be really delicious

I'm starting to think they seriously throw a couple of actors in.

Yep I'm another who thinks it's totally staged. I mean first of all, those 2 cows being last, so that everyone keeps watching until at least they cook. Then for it all to be so up and down; bad entree, excellent main (not a great looking paella IMO), bad dessert, so that no one's quite sure who will lose, then some really really low scores by pretty much everyone, when with other people they given some higher than average scores for some pretty average food, then it just all worked out soooo suspenseful at the end with the way the judges gave their scores, they should have just lost, but they JUST scraped in and saved their spot. I agree with PP, 2 points from Manu and 2 points from the producers. Totally rigged. Makes me feel like not watching it anymore. Which is what I said last year when Ashlee and Sophia made this show a drama show, not a cooking show. Gah!

I hate how they were all talking about them making pastry from scratch then it flicked to the girls in the kitchen saying that they hope it's okay they're using store bought pastry, as if they were having the exact same conversation at the same time!! And also as if they didn't realize you have to cook everything from scratch! It'd be like buying a pavlova from the supermarket then putting cream and topping on it and saying you made it..
