Thankyou bbhope for stepping up and helping the Perth girls out. Sorry I've been out of action for a while. I thought I would give a little update.
Just to clarify, I didn't end up using Intralipids but I did use IvIG and was able to find a great GP who administered it for me.
Unfortunately it didn't seem to do the trick and I've had 2 miscarriages on it. My TNFa ratio (cytokines) never quite came down to where it was supposed to be and I lost the babies at 7 weeks and 12 weeks.
I'm considering Humira.... or maybe giving up.
Hope you all have MUCH better success than I have. Good luck.

No but I have done testing and a consult with Dr Braverman in New York and then worked with Karen Pace (Immunologist) in LA for the last 2 transfers. I think my olnly options are try Humira or find a surrogate. Neither of them easy decisions.

@Nat72: nothing is easy. Both Drs in the U.S. are very good. I am sorry that it hasn't worked out for u so far. I can't say I have an easy run.

@bbhope: all is good with me thank you. Haven't tried IVIG yet. I have one more LIT sesh with Dr M in 2 weeks time, followed by FET around 6-8 June. If we get a BFP then we do Ivig. So happy for your BFP...actually a lot of girls on this thread have fallen pregnant recently. Lovely news, congrats to everyone!
