We've had a constant ****** of young, untrustworthy children so nothing goes under the tree until children are asleep on Christmas Eve.
Even when the children are trustworthy, I think we'll keep doing it this way. It's exciting seeing nothing under the tree then waking up to awesomeness (and there's no trying to guess what's in the presents)!

Growing up our presents were under the tree once they were wrapped. I remember sitting and gazing at them We have been putting them under on Xmas eve since we had DD. Lol, I don't trust her not to rip the lot open. DH and I discussed putting them under earlier this year. We *think* she'd be ok. But as there is niggling doubt we're going to leave it until next year.

Ours are normally under the tree by now, but after our young dog decided to eat one the other day (scented smiggle pens are obviously tasty ) I won't put anymore out until Christmas Eve.

I ended up putting all the presents under the tree last night. I usually leave it till Xmas eve but for once I had them wrapped and ready. The kids have been warned....look but don't touch!
