I would like to know this too, I've never got anything from them and use the card all the time!

~ To receive an automatic quarterly Woolworths Gift Card you must opt in to Auto Rewards and have the required number of points in your account at the time of redemption. Auto Rewards Woolworths Gift Cards are available in $5, $10, $15 and $20 denominations. Automatic Woolworths Gift Cards can only be used at participating Woolworths supermarkets and are valid for 12 months. Terms and conditions apply, visit qantas.com/autorewards for details.

If you are Qantas frequent flier members you get better value by transferring your everyday rewards points to ff points. But obviously that is only useful if you're a member and actually use frequent flier points

What are the difference between rewards points and frequent flyer points as I can see they are transferring them to that.

You can purchase items like with fly buys. And also if you travel you can earn points as well.

Are you with optus by any chance? They do qantas frequent flyer points too.
Between optus and woolies points I usually earn enough to get a $20 gift card each quarter... not much but still something.
Optus gave away 20,000 points not long ago so I redeemed them for $150 worth of big w gift cards and used them for DS's b'day present.
Does anyone know how to turn the automatic rewards off?
