    Default Breast milk reduction

Im in desperate need of help and advice.
Im going to stop breast feeding due to extreme discomfort. Ive tried taking Parlodel tablets which have horrendous side effects. Does anyone have any natural safe ways they have dried there milk up? Thanks heaps.

Mine never really came in properly so no advice on the dry up.... BUT for the discomfort I used cold cabbage leaves and would soak breast pads then freeze them...ohhhh I can remember the instant relief, they were magical
