    Yeah, the home brand garlic bread could be dairy free, but my bet is it tastes terrible! I used to split safe Turkish bread, brush with olive oil and a cut garlic clove and then grill, which IMO is much nicer!

    Wish I could do the zucchini slice but I've gotta avoid eggs as well. Gah.

    Today I make weetbix slice. I used this recipe and replaced butter with dairy free spread. Mixture was a bit dry so added some oat milk. It was still quite dry after baking but still very yummy!! I also added a few tablespoons of cocoa to the mixture and layered walnuts throughout when putting it in the tin. So yummy! And the icing on top helps take away from the dryness of the slice.
