It sounds like you are close!
If you want labour to progress, definately do things like walking and fitball, it can only help things. Google tips to bring on labour.. I think it would be beneficial now things have started for you. I would suggest trying to get a good nights sleep if nothing hapens!
For me, I had globs of clear ewcm like snot, about the size of a large marble, twice, about an hour apart. An hour later my waters broke. Contractions were light irregular and on/off until about 14 hrs later.
I had the first glob of ewcm 11pm, waters broke around 1 am, we went to hospital early as we had a long drive so were there by about 4am... contractions didn't really start until about 6 pm, I hadn't slept a wink since about 10 am the day before... By 8 pm I was a wreck, at 3 cm and falling asleep for a min or two between contractions... I got an epi, had a great nights sleep, but I stalled at 6cm even with cintocin. emergency csect 10am.
I really do think if idea had a good nights sleep I may have labored alot better and possibility of having avoided a csect.

About 20 mins lol. I only had a 4 hour labour though so things went way too quick for my liking.
Good luck hope it happens soon.

I'm thinking I will just head to the shops now and get stuff for dinner, just carry on as normal tonight and try and get a good night sleep, unless anything major happens.
Apart from the light cramping every so often, everything is as normal so I think I'm probably better off trying to sleep tonight and then I can help it along tomorrow if need be!
It's bub's great grandma's birthday tomorrow though, would be a pretty cool present for her!!
