I contacted 3 yesterday and gave up. I have about 30 books altogether for 1 x yr2 child. Covering in butchers paper then clear contact is stupid, extremely stupid but they do look nice.

You used to be able to get long rolls of clear contact from bigw something 10 or 20 mtrs from memory.

Cut your self a pattern and cut them in the right lengths. Use a ruler to help with bubbles and if have one you can't get pick it with a pin.

Humph. It sucks that the medication I'm on has made me intolerant to alcohol. I have found some solace in 'alcohol-removed' wines and beers, but when you are at an Australia Day party with a whole bunch of funny, inebriated friends and family, and despite drinking beer (albeit 0.0% beer) you are the only sober one, it kinda sucks!

Yeah I looked in big w but there was nothing! The only place I found any contact was the newsagency up the road.... Going to try and hunt down some more today.

The actual covering itself I don't mind, just trying to find the damn stuff is proving difficult lol.

ETA- just went to a different big w and managed to get the last 2 15m rolls lol
