I discovered this morning that my little monkey had taken a bite out of an apple ... Does he not know mummy is on a challenge??!!! They have gone to their day's for the night now and I didn't want to waste it. I couldn't eat it because of my recent jaw surgery so I decided to drink it instead!!! I was also wondering how I was going to use up the remaining celery as it's too hard to chew raw too. Problem solved !!!

Changed my dinner from minced lamb pizza to lamb & thyme meatballs with grilled zucchini. I don't have much cheese left and wanted to save it for the boys.

Somehow I've gone through alot of veggies and fruit this week. Realized I did a top up shop last week. Looks like I'll have to do a medium sized shop. I'm only getting what we really need so not adding too much to pantry but this should last us 2 weeks. Hoping to get under $100. I wrote my list and should be able too. My only luxury will be lindt mint chocolate. On special at coles 2 for $5! Been trying to have a better diet these kast few weeks and it's helped curb spending big time. Not buying chips anymore. Thats a start!

Spent $111 today. I spent $15 on 6 blocks of choc and extra $10 on butter that was on special and $11 on nuts for snacks. So I could've saved $36 bringing my total to $75 for the week but they were too good to pass up. This included fruit and some veg. But I didn't get my beloved mangoes . I'm going to a twilight market with a friend on sat so if they are cheap I'll get some.
Felt soooo good to have a bit more control over my spending!

Well I blew it today ... Went out to lunch and spent $24 on a mushroom risotto & glass of wine.
