    Subbing. We are running out of food despite having a full pantry. When I shop on the weekend I plan to only spend $50 - on meat, fruit, veg, milk & bread.

    I can't create baked goods ... Only cooking meals I manage to chuck together

    Hope you can read that properly!! I used frozen raspberries rather than blueberries as it's all I had on hand.

    I cheated and didn't do the rubbing but. I never follow instructions properly - I melted the butter and just mixed it through.

    Been making these for a while. They are moist and delicious. Add whatever nuts u want or don't want. Today I put walnuts and macadamias. I did mix it a bit more than she says. Works out fine.

    I made my daughter a pasta sauce last week which was yum, I sautéed finely diced broccoli, onion and garlic, then added it to mashed sweet potato, added some ricotta and stirred through some fresh basil. If it's a purée you may not even need to add the ricotta, I only did that to thin it a bit so it would cost the pasta properly.
