I have only seen cacao at health food stores. After I bought some a work colleague googled it and all this info came up that it's actually not a super food and the raw cacao may have mycotoxins etc. So I am actually confused about how healthy it is now and don't plan on giving any to my kids. Sorry off topic bit just thought I should mention it in case you want to do some research first.

I saw cacao powder today on sale at Chemist Warehouse. It's generally only health food stores, or online even.

This is probably a stupid question but what is savoury mince? I often see people on here saying that are making it but I have no idea what it is!

    Savoury mince
Most families have there own version.

It normally is mince with veg mixed through and often some sort of gravy/sauce.

It's different for a lot of people like anewme said but for us Its just:

    Garlic
    Onion
    Mince (obviously lol)
    Peas
    Corn
    Beef stock
Little bit of bbq sauce and tomato sauce.

Ours is very similar. We use whatever veg we have. And sometimes add a tin/pkt of soup instead of the stock and bbq depending on my mood.

Thanks guys, I just found a site that has all cleaning products you can make with lemon so looks like I'll be having a spring clean and then reward myself with some lemon tart :-)
