    Default Diasatis Recti

    For all those ladies who have had it, how long did it take to heal with regular exercises?

    My belly sticks out and is quite firm from my belly button and up. It kinda makes me look like the top half of my stomach is still pregnant lol.

    See a physio and get. Belly band to help compress things back together a bit. Don't try abs exercise for a while yet. I made mine worse by starting too early and ending up with an umbilical hernia.
