    Oh I was so naive 2.5 years ago!

    I will also never clean the house, have a shower or do anything for me again. I also hope I can be ok with sleeping for 20-30 minute intervals

    DH and I were just talking about this in the car. DD had her swimming lesson this morning followed by her birthday party at the pool. On the way home she was whining about something then that just descended in to screaming and crying and DH said "see before we had her I would have thought that we were mean and had done something wrong and should be comforting her". She was asleep about 60 seconds later.

    Love this vid btw.

    That you actually have to "settle" a baby to sleep. I have no idea why but I just assumed babies fell asleep when tired and that was it.
