ToniR1411 how many frosties have you got. I know that they only freeze the very best embryo's. I think 4 of mine got frozen and 4 got discarded. I know it is hard but honestly try not to worry about it. It sits at the back of my mind too as it sid last FET cycle but really there is not a lot that can be done. It is just part of the IVF adventure
rose2207 you made me laugh. I am a bit of thread tramp too. I even venture onto the general threads from time to time but have found that they are a bit clicky on there and I actually got a bit of a slaughtering on one thread because I got annoyed about a post where a lady said she was going to shoot her dog. Anyway I have stayed away from them since then
The scratch is not so bad. It was very quick.

Hi ladies!! :waves:
Do you mind if I join too? I was in the October/November thread as well but DF and I got a BFN with our first transfer after our first IVF cycle.
SO... Now it's take 2! We have 2 snow babies (day 5) and we have waiting for DF to get AF for the next transfer which should be early December Hoping that we have some fantastic news in time for Christmas. Not that we intend on sharing it with anyone else that early but it would be nice news for us hehe.
DF has a feeling AF will arrive in the next 48 hours. She's been cramping since yesterday. Fingers crossed this is all our time to get those BFP!

May I join this thread? Just got the BFN confirmation today so I’m ready to start my next FET cycle… as soon as AF returns!
Minib – I’m with MIVF too, I'm trying to get one more cycle in for this year because the close over January, so I guess I'll be taking a break (and saving a few $$$) till February. I still can’t handle pregnancy announcements either. My best friend is due in a few weeks, and I’m afraid I just won’t be able to share the experience with her as it hurts too much.
Toni – My first (and currently only) stim cycle ended with moderate OHSS and freeze all. It feels like it takes ‘forever’ to get through one cycle start to finish given you have to take a month off in between!! I was never diagnosed PCOS, but at my last scan, the Dr said “Hmm, you’ve got a fair bit of PCOS activity going on”, so I guess I have PCOS too!!!
JTM, Ricecracker, Kimberleygal1, Nezz79, Sharlee32, Rose2207, rainbowbabe – fingers and toes crossed this is the one for you!
Minib/Toni - I think it depends on the person whether they medicate, I have heard of people doing Gonal/triggers for FET if their cycles are out of whack, that way they can control when ovulation occurs which means a better chance of success. Luckily I’m like clockwork, the first time I had no meds for FET, then this last cycle I had progesterone pessaries. Nasty things, they give you all the signs of pregnancy without the grand prize.
I turn 35 in 2 weeks, into that dreaded ‘age window’ where the chances of success diminish, and I’m really scared I’m running out of time. Hubby and I are currently planning a big trip to Europe for next April, whether I’m pregnant or not. I’m sick of my life being on hold for something that may never happen!!

Hi Loolu and Rainbowbabe I am so sorry about both of your BFN's.
Loolu I am not far of 35 either, my friend got told that 37 is the cut off age for when eggs decrease so I might just up the age to that
I am doing a non medicated cycle but I triggering with Overdrel and also using Pregnyl on day 4 and day 8. So no HPTing for me. I have never used Pregnyl in my other two cycles. My last FET cycle I took Oestrogen tablets and used progesterone and you are right Loolu they are tricksters. One thing i noticed though in my first cycle was I had really sore boobs and I was pregnant where as with my last cycle i had no HCG in my system and my boobs never got sore.
Minib I am really bad at dealing with others pregnancy's, babies and even baby talk, it seems to always upset me these days. Sometimes I feel terrible but we can't help the way it makes us feel. Has your AF arrived yet?

Welcome nezz, I hope this is the lucky embie for you. How are you feeling?
Kimberleygal, wow you have a big drive. Does DH go with you?
Sharlee, welcome to this thread. I'm so sorry to see you in this thread. Were in the same oct thread with you. I hope you get your BFP this cycle
Toni, sorry I'm not sure about success rate. I don't even remember what grade my frostie is. I should find out. Have you got your AF yet?
Rose, lol I was on a few different threads too. It helps to talk to other ladies in the same situation.
Rainbowbabe, hi.... Sorry about your df's bfn but I'm glad to see your FS let you guys do a FET without a break. My FS is supportive of a FET straight after a bfn too. Hopefully df gets her AF soon.
Loolu, welcome! Sorry about your bfn. When is AF due? Are you having a medicated or natural FET? My cycle is pretty regular although last month was 39 days eeks. Never that late before. A trip to Europe sounds awesome. I get what you mean about putting your life on hold. It sucks
AFM, AF hasn't arrived. Still get slight heaviness on my legs at night for the last 3 nights. Didn't feel much during the day. I used to get one day warning with symptoms then AF arrived. But in the last few months the symptoms can start about 5 days before. I'm not sure what is wrong with my body. It's not cooperating!

I'll jump on the pc and do personals tomorrow but for now..
I really hope this is our month ladies! We have a nice little group here and we can do this!! I'm feeling positive for everyone and hopefully the next pregnancy announcement you'll be reading is your own!!! I'm going to keep everything crossed for all of us on here. We will have our ups and our downs but we will get there
Our FS said that he would like DF to do a natural cycle but with a trigger shot and Crinone support after FET. DF has just started spotting (told FS this morning that it wouldn't be long).
Is everyone else waiting for AF as well. It crazy, days ago we were wishing she wouldn't come and today we have been hoping she would show her face lol. Oh how the tables turn quickly!

Hi rainbowbabe welcome I was following the oct/nov thread as I was going to a a FET then but decided to take a few months off after my 2 back to back BFN FETs. I am now focused again a ready to get my BFP this time.
Hi Loolu sucks about the BFN! Here's to our lucky thread if BFP's just in time for Xmas.
Hi Minib yes this will be my lucky one as they say 3rd time lucky. After 3 days on pregnyl injections I'm feeling ok though I've had headaches but I don't know if that's just from the weather (I'm in Perth) being warm or from the meds.
Hi to everyone else!

Aw Nezz I hope this is your lucky one!! We think third time is a charm as well which sucks for us because this will be our second try not third! So we aren't expecting this next one to work because the one after (which will be our last frostie) will work! Haha. I guess at least if we think like that it won't hurt so much.
Do you know when your transfer will be?
How's everyone else doing?
Two girls, one dream and baby you are it!

Not sure when transfer will be have to wait for LH surge which could be anywhere from CD12 to CD15 for me then wait 6 days as my blasto's were frozen on day 6. I am on puregon not pregnyl as I previous said got confused a little I will be on pregnyl for support after transfer so no HPT for me. Currently CD6 my next BT is on Monday then scan prob Wed or Thursday.

Ness your cycle sounds similar to mine but I have added in the bondi protocol. I think I am like three or four days behind you. OMG yes I hope it is third time the charm, this is my third cycle too. for all of us and rainbowbabe I hope you and DF get yours the second time.
Minib my cycle used to be perfect to the day, hour, almost minute but that was before IVF now it is slightly erratic and will arrive late or earlier than expected. IVF throws of the balance of things I guess.
In saying that though as soon as I have stopped my meds both cycles Af has always arrived one or two days later just as Rainbowbabe has mentioned for her DF. The meds hold it off for me which is good in that at least the embryos have had the chance to implant if they want to.
