    Default Should I be worried?

My baby is 8 months 7months 1 week corrected..
She can't sit yet. I try to help her but she has no interest.
She can roll both ways and is beginning to crawl but can't sit! Maybe she just likes moving and sitting is too boring? Hehe

A quick google says that you should see a doctor if they aren't sitting by 9 months. If she is lying on her back and you pull her up into a sitting position by her arms does she hold her head up? If she can, and her neck isn't floppy, and she's developing in other ways I wouldn't be too concerned yet. It's so hard not to worry about developmental milestones, I know...

Personally I probably would, could be nothing but I know I'd rather know sooner if it was

Has she had her 8mth MCH check up yet? If not, it might be a good opportunity to discuss your concerns and perhaps get a referral to a physio if you feel it's necessary.

I would probably give it another month or so and see how she was going then - especially if she is starting to crawl already

Yes she will sit up when I pull her up with hands. Her head is strong. She just prefers to be on the move!

My 9 month old started crawling properly at around 7.5-8months and she didn't know how to sit, I think they learn to get into a sitting position from crawling. It's really clever to watch, my LO put one leg behind her and the other in front so she couldn't fall forwards or backwards and balanced with both arms out sideways.
