not sure if this has been posted elsewhere,
just curious to know what ppl's experiences are:
i wouldnt say i have experienced 'direct' discrimination as i work in public service but definately promotion wise is difficult cos im part time and wanting to get a new job i feel "held back" cos of parenting responsibilites eg wanting to leave work early to get home earlier to pick up children....im lucky that my workplace is flexible but doubt a new one would be so flexible?
