    Default Ultimate healthy diet, does it exist?

    I am after opinions on what to eat for the ultimate healthy diet. Not to lose weight, but just to reach optimum nutrition and feel my best. What foods should I definitely be including each day? I mean more than just the usual carbs, protein, veg etc. But specific health foods perhaps.

    I am thinking a 'clean' diet where food has had the minimum of processing and is as natural as possible. And also not having refined sugar but using natural sweeteners.

    So what would this look like? Can anyone give an example of their diet? And also any supplements you might use, eg. adding flax seeds or cold pressed oils. I would love to have the time to sit on the internet and do a load of research but really not got time so thought others may be able to advise from their own experiences.
