My chart is crappy this cycle. I have no idea when I O'd. I think I have already though. CM is now creamy. I didn't chart last month so kept forgetting to temp. I was also sick and forgot to check cm much. No idea what the massive temp dip was about and why my temps aren't that high now. Ugh! Was going to use opk's this cycle but didn't get around to buying them. Not holding out much hope for this cycle. Assuming each cycle is bust now anyway. Over it. This is cycle 8.

I couldn't count 140 days shorter haha. Both cycles on vitex I had to end with provera.

    Tiff, take care of yourself!

Oh tiff, that doesn't sound good, take care of yourself xx

Bin, hard to know what's happening from your chart... But I feel your frustration, I have pretty much resigned myself to the fact that it's not going to happen... We are on cycle 7 :-(

My chart looked so great at the start. It lulled me into thinking I would I. I feel crushed

It looks like your temp is on the way back down, so I'm sure ff will move them - especially if you have more ewcm too.

So if I get up at say 4am (and when I say up I mean literally, open my eyes stand up lay down close eyes) should I temp then or wait until 6am when I normally temp. Cos I've obviously got unbroken sleep so that will affect the later reading. Does it make enough difference?
I got up at 4 to close the bedroom door (cats were waking me and being annoying) but now my temp took a huge drop when I tested at 6.
