What is the go with Embryo donation? If my current IVF cycle does not work I do want to continue to try and have a child but I cannot afford more IVF which means I cannot really afford and egg donor. I am assuming embryo donation would be the financially easier way to go but where do you find embryo donors?

Hi fefe, you would either need someone to donate their embryos here which not a lot of couples do or there are clinics overseas that offer embryo donation.

I know that Czech clinics offer donor embryos however you could talk to your Aus IVF clinic. Sometimes, very very rarely, they get embryos to donate.

Usually in Australia the donor embryos are leftovers from other IVFers who have completed their families and can't bear to have the precious embryos discarded. They are quite rare and there is a waiting list. Most clinics will have a donated embryos bank and a waiting list. Speak to your FS.
