I think getting pregnant has is a little bit of timing and a lot of luck, and if you and your partner's egg and sperm have already met up twice then why couldn't it happen again! Wishing you lots of babydust

Hi Funchu, can you please add me to test on 1 Dec?
Thanks Hopetown, it is great to hear success stories of over 40's having babies naturally! And yes, doctors need to learn a little compassion and empathy - I don't think they teach that class though - but there's definitely one they attend called "how to be an arrogant prick!". Is that too harsh?

I certainly think that falling twice is a positive, so hopefully it is only a matter of time before we get a healthy, sticky one - not just too much time though!!

Good luck with your testing - a few days before me! :-)

lol... maybe we need a "letters to Santa" thread? In the interim...

Dear Santa, I have not only been good for the last year, but for my whole life. I'm really grateful for the Flower Fairy you gave me in 1984, & the Cabbage Patch Doll in 1985, but I really just want my BFP this Christmas. Regards, Funchu.
PS DH has been good too, so twins would be great
