I'll cook mine in the George Forman for a little bit (remember to let it be a bit under cooked) and serve it with cut up mango, coriander, spring onions, lime juice as a little salsa.
Or I'll bake it, wrapped in Alfoil with whatever - ginger, garlic, chilli, lime juice or lemon juice, bit of bok Choy or just lemon juice, onion and tomato.
