Hi all, just wanted to let you know we had our 20 week scan today. All looking good & although not 100% sure looks like a little girl for us. Very exiting to see what's happening inside!

Oh Lashed, sad for you. How stressful those last few months have been for you. I'm truly sorry.

Rosey, good news about your scan! I'm surprised they can't be sure 100% about the sex, why is that? Either way it's always very exciting to see bub! And you're half way now.

Afm husband and I bought a pram + capsule yesterday! I had asked feedback about their prams to 3 of my friends who recently had babies, did a bit more research, checked prices against Europe + usa and found a good price locally so off we went. Dh choose the color, it's now on lay by.
Has anyone else started to buy stuffs?

Great news on your scan Rosey, wow lots of girls on this thread.

What pram did you get lillaa? I also came across a big sale last week so put on layby the pram, the carrycot attachment for the pram and the car seat capsule that goes straight into the pram. We went with an Icandy peach, it's a single size (and width) but turns into a double later, a bit more expensive but I figure still cheaper than buying a single now and having to get a whole new one if we do go round 2 quickly.

So ready, we went with the bugaboo cameleon, but the icandy was in the shortlist. My friend has it (the icandy peach) and loves it to bits. What color did you choose?

Yes we have heard great things about the icandy and I test drove it as a double with 12kg and 9kg test babies in it and it was still easy to steer one handed. We went with the red one and the maxi cosi capsule. My friend has the bugaboo chameleon and loves it too, nice choice

Yay for your scan rosey... Mines next Wednesday 26th... Can't wait! I'm thinking I'll be adding another girl to the group?? Never know tho!

We have already purchased a Phil & ted navigator pram, a boori cot & change table, a portacot, monitors, play gym, high chair & a few other bits & pieces! I'm sooo impatient, I want everything now! Can't wait to start clothes shopping after next Wednesday

Congrats on your scans ladies! All the stuff to buy sounds awesome and makes it more real

We've just had our 12 week scan today and all is good yay! It still hasn't really sunk in! We've now told extended family and close friends this afternoon and it's so surreal! Never thought we'd get to this place in the journey...

Lillaa I think they never tell you that they are 100% sure on the sex in case they are wrong & you sue them or something! I was so sure it was a boy, but am super excited for a girl.
We have put a baby jogger city mini gt, capsule, portacot & glider on layby, it was all in the baby bunting catalogue! We have been given a cot & bassinet by my sister, just need new mattresses. I gushed over the bugaboos but unfortunately out of our price range.
Can't wait to find out how many little girls & boys we are all having!
