    Default Singapore Hotel?

We are going to Singapore on the way back from Thailand next year (April), it will be Easter time.

Does anyone have any recommendations for accommodation? We will be two adults and two toddlers, I was initially thinking of an apartment but they are crazy expensive and most had a minimum 7 nights (we will be there for 4).

My preference is some kind of set up where not everything is in the one room so we don't have to go to bed when the kids do IYKWIM?

I looked at the YMCA and saw they had family rooms...anyone stayed there? I don't want to spend a huge amount of money.

Singapore is really hard for Family Rooms at a reasonable rate. We are going in May and are going to book the Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel. They do a family of 4 in one room. It will be a squish but for 3 nights we will cope. Its a little bit out of the main area but because taxi's are so cheap we don't mind staying a bit out.

Sorry, just re-read your OP, the rooms at the Roxy are just hotel rooms so you would all be in the one space.
