Hi, I'm just wanting to get a list of natural induction methods and when to start them.
Disclaimer: I know babies choose when they are ready, but I'm probably going to be induced early so would really like to at least up my chances of a natural early labour first as I do not want to be induced.
List so far:
Bouncing on fit ball
Walking on uneven surfaces
Star jumps and lunges
Evening primrose oil
Clary sage oil
Acupressure points (you'd have to google)
Bouncing on a trampoline
Clary sage oil, lavender, and ylang ylang mixed with almond oil as the carrier..

Clary sage oil worked for me. Two days afterwards both times I bathed in it, rubbed it in my belly (both with lavendar oil) and burnt it.

Just copied from my notes as I'm going to give it all a go also.

I tried everything with ds2. Nothing worked. I'm hoping this little one wants to come earlier though

Bouncing on a fit ball.
Here's something that worked for me this time around: DS (2) was jumping on his trampoline while I stood on it & lightly bounced up & down. We did this for half an hour. I had 5 hours of contractions that night, lost my mucous plug the next day & started leaking amniotic fluid. I had a hind water leak.
