Seems odd. I paid a $3000 management fee and $100 for each appointment. Nothing for my hospital stay, PHI covered that (vaginal birth, no epidural, four nights = $11,000).

I have a pension card so all my scans are private.
Ob fee I think is $2350, I just rang my anesthist will be $700 and yes I spelt that wrong! Hospital is covered then 2 weeks hotel stay. It will be more if its emergency or after hours!
