i have a question with regards to during the process when payments are made and such.
Of course the pre-cycle fees are up front, but the cycle fee, is this mostly paid after ET? and is there a payment plan available with your particular clinic??
This is our year!!!

Bow ties, with my clinic, they charge the full fee at EPU, via credit card or bank deposit. With FETs, the charge is at ET. Medicare usually takes 2-5 working days to come back, so then I just put that back on the credit card. Hope this helps.

Hi everyone, I have been following these threads since the Oct/Nov thread. It's been great to see so many positive outcomes for people and heartwarming to see the support given when things don't go to plan. I hope you don't mind if I join in on the conversation.
Congrats to all those who are PUPO or have had positives. Hugs to those who haven't had things go to plan so far!!
My husband and I underwent ICSI in late Oct, early Nov. We were lucky enough to get 11 fertilised embies (I hate needles so it's nice to not have to stim again for a while). We have had 2 transfers and unfortunately neither were "the one". I am going straight into another FET if the timing works out (my clinic doesn't re-open until the 7th so hoping I don't ovulate before then).
Bow Ties- our clinic puts in the Medicare claim for us and then lets us pay the difference when the cheques arrive, that way we don't have to out of pocket for the whole lot. Last time we also got to claim more after we paid the difference as we'd reached the safety net. It sucks that the safety net re-sets at the start of the calendar year- this cycle is going to be a bit more $$
