    Default Food for fussy toddler?

Okay so this child of mine is so fussy lately. He is 1yr 7m and wont eat any vegetables! He loves mashed potato though so i try and mash some carrots or brocolli in it but he notices the different colour and it just goes all over the walls and floor. How can i get him to eat more vegetables?

Does he like raw veggies? DS loves raw fresh peas or carrot sticks , cucumber or cauliflower ? Or cut up carrots, capsicum and cucumber with tzatiki or guacamole - or make some veggie chips by using a peeler to slice thin slices of carrot , parsnip and beetroot , put on lined baking tray and spray with olive oil and bake for 5-10 mins - most kids also like fresh corn on cob. ?

If he likes crumbed chicken or fish add some baby spinach to the crumb mixture , same with smoothies, make a berry smoothie and add baby spinach

Try not to make a big deal about them, always have a bowl of steamed veg on offer and eat with him so he sees you eating

Ive seen a few photos on Facebook and pinterest with toddler food made into funny faces or animals etc. I think the say you eat with your eyes and something like this would appeal to them.
