Hi all, just an update: still waiting for Petri. Yesterday had first gel and got to go home, back today at 6:30am and unfortunately it didn't work so have had second gel and I am now being kept at the hospital. They have told me if this doesn't work I will be offered some catheter thing which is left for 12 hours (I am not for this proposal) or maybe the drip (can I have this without waters broken?) Otherwise if he just won't come I may have to go c section. I am getting some pain and tightening not in any regular way but I am hoping the gel is working and when they check tonight they will be able to break my waters and get him out.

    Fingers crossed!

Haha I know! DH is saying the same thing. I have been going for walks all day to try and coax him down to no avail. Having a rest now then will head out for some more walking.

Hey all second gel didn't work, wow longest induction ever! So I had to do the attards catheter induction. ..not a pleasant procedure I can tell you. They are trying to avoid a ceasarian as this is my last option. if it doesn't work I have no option but ceasarian which after the last 3 days I will welcome. So tomorrow is the day, if this works they will break my waters and give me the drip and hopefully it won't be long till petri is in our arms. Hard but amazing journey.
