I think if you want to compare credit cards there are sites like ratecity you can suss out.
I'd look for one that has a low annual fee and has a rewards program. You can nominate a low limit so there is no temptation to overspend if you are that way inclined.
I do as pp said, buy everything with cc, pay it off weekly, redeem the rewards for coles voucher so every now and then I get free groceries.

credit cards are only good if you are good at budgeting and paying attention to what you have bought on it, and not going over what you can payback.

otherwise they can get you in trouble.

    I'm subbing for the tips...

The only thing I do is mystery shopping. But sometimes the scenario is so hard and the report so complicated that it's really hard to justify the small amount I earn...

Rewards central/my opinions is linked so like another pp said you can transfer points. You onlu need 3000 points to get $30 and 10000 to get $100. I've gotten about $100. Last year I didn't do many surveys but ur points don't expire.

You can always nominate a really low limit though (some providers will let you go as low as $500) and so long as you pay it the moment you get paid, there's not much chance of getting in trouble with it.

You can get $5 a month off groceries or 1000 flyby points if you go to tellcoles.com.au and fill out a fairly tedious survey - takes 5 mins or a bit more. We also get 5% off coles giftcards thru dh's work. Every bit helps!

I signed up to valued opinions and so far have earned $11. My husband has earned $8. I like this one cause it doesn't take get long to get to $20.
