    Talking new to site.

    hi all i am new to this site.its probley a silly question to ask.but can u get pregant while u have the implant,i have mine in since last april.and 2mths a.go i started a exercise programe and diet.last week i had the tinyest of bleeds.ee
    but since then i am very tired.each day i have to have a nap for a hr or so.im just drained.tummy seems to be a tad swollen and im a bit emotional.wondering is there a chance i could have got pregant.

    Hi and welcome foxy. I can't speak from experience as I've never had the implant but I have heard of cases of women on this site that say they got pregnant with an implant.

    I had the implant in for 5 years (2 implants), and I would often have similar symptoms. Sometimes my period would be regular, and then for a few months it was irregular. There were so many times that I thought I was pregnant, but wasn't.
    Doesn't hurt to get a test though, as it is possible to get pregnant with it!

    Yep, you can. I did, anyway. Twice(resulting in mc) and the day after I had it taken out(also resulting in mc).
