    My 7 week challenge with my gym finished today. I lost 3.5kg (3.33kg of fat) and 6.5cm off my waist. Pretty happy with that.

    No weight loss for the week though unfortunately. Back into the gym this week.

    Well done @sajimum!!

    Roughly another 1kg down this week (I still haven't bought new scales)... I haven't exactly eaten great, but not bad either and also no walking... I also had a minor tummy bug and bad asthma, so was feeling pretty yuck! Happy with 1kg, that's 8kg in 8 weeks...

    I will do the last week of this challenge and really step it up, but then like the rest of you I think I will just maintain my habits as much as I can over Christmas and get back into in new year. And if I lose any over Christmas (pfft, doubtful, LOL), that's a bonus! Heehee...

    I only lost 500g this week but I ate really bad on the weekend so I'm ok with that

    1kg loss for the week, back where I was 3 weeks ago grrr.


    Goal is to keep running three times a week, a keep a mindful eye on what I eat. So if I know that I'm going to a party on Saturday night, I won't eat crap Thursday/Friday/Saturday kinda thing.

    Woo hoo 2kg down over 3 weeks, back to my lowest point which was a month ago (68kg).


    Am finding the change in bmi the best part. Bmi was originally 24.6 which was just that bit too close to the overweight category for my liking and is now 21.6


    At least now I know I can have an indulgent week of holidaying and get straight back on the horse and maintain it

    That's great! I've never even worked out my BMI, too afraid to lol!
