Been so good today, which is great, as I'm going to a Thermomix demo tonight where dinner is being served... and I still have 600 calories to play with!
B - coffee, yoghurt
L - diet coke, 2 eggs
S - chai tea, strawberry Tim Tam
D - ... not sure, LOL; but I will watch my portions and only have 1 of everything!

Today I had
Muesli with strawberries & milk
Grilled Cheese on whole meal bread x2
Homemade shepherds pie for dins (no crust and SO much veg)
I treated myself with an iced coffee today which was 400calories!!!! Omg!!! But went for a 4.3km walk which burnt 230cals!
I really couldn't be bothered exercising today but I made myself go and am glad I did
I have had NO chocolate in a week, I'm very surprised at this but haven't really craved it

I have changed my mind about starting the 3 days of protein only tomorrow; I do still intend to do it, just not in the mood/zone to start tomorrow :/

Hi ladies, sorry I have been MIA this week - sick kids and trying to organize a first birthday party led to no spare time and just surviving day to day. Just a quick one to say I weighed in early this week as we had our son's party today (and I overindulged big time!!) - 1kg loss this week!! So exciting, and motivates me to get back on the bandwagon tomorrow. I must say I enjoyed the wine and cake today though Well done Summer on a great loss this week. And good luck to those who are trying the protein 3 day thing.....I will be watching with interest to see how you go!!
