Today: breakfast- 1 piece of rye toast, small bowl Nutrigain with skim milk
Lunch: whole meal pita bread pocket with egg salad spread & lettuce
Dinner- corned beef and vegies
I don't think I will have lost a full kilo this week- started off last week weighing 64kg, had a sneaky weigh in this morning and I am still not quite at the 63kg mark- getting there, prob around 2-300 grams away (hard to be exact without digital scales). So am estimating around 700 gram or so loss for the week.

Down 800g this week! Still not my 1kg, but I guess given I don't have a kitchen, it's a good effort! And AF was here and I didn't walk much... and I think my scales are mucking up a bit too!
Going to try and have smoothies this week as snacks and more fruit!
Probably shouldn't have my Skinny Cow ice cream every night either, LOL!

Woot! Great job BL! 800g is fantastic!
I'm down 550g this week, which is ok but on Saturday I had lost 900g. I'm still weighing everyday, it's like a little routine now. It's definitely the weekend which stuffs me up. I have to become super strict on those days otherwise I undo all my good work from the week.
No walk here today, it's raining heavily which is good for the grass but not good for the @ss hehe

Summer, I would probably go for a short, slowish walk and do some stretches tonight. I am no expert, but if its just tightness it's probably just your body protesting a little!
AFM - only a 100g loss this week....not surprising as I have been very slack and didn't go to the gym at all.
A pretty good day today though. Counting calories is really opening my eyes to some of the things I ext regularly.... I had a wrap for lunch (DH accidentally bought lge ones instead of my usual small ones) and it was almost 300calories! Scary.

I think you're right, it's ****ing with rain outside so ill maybe do a workout DVD and stretches.
Today I had:
Muesli with strawberries
Left over Moroccan chicken & whole meal cous cous
Carrot sticks and 4x vita wheat
Avocado on whole meal toast for dinner
I've been quite hungry today but all that was 1200cals so gotta stop now

How is everybody going sticking to their calorie count? I think I'm doing pretty well just wondering though, say you stick to 1200cals a day then exercise which burns 200cals should you eat a bit more? Or is that good to burn some of your 1200?
